Juneau, AK Whale Watching

After the Mendenhall Glacier excursion we headed back to the ship for a brief period before heading out to our next excursion, an evening whale watching trip. There were a few humpback whales, but a lot of killer (orca) whales. This was cool to see since we had already seen humpbacks from the ship (and would later see many more). We also saw many bald eagles and sea lions. The scenery was of course gorgeous, I only wished we could have stuck around a little longer to see the sun set (which happens around 10pm at this time of year).
